Chairman
Naresh Talwar is a promoter and Non-Executive Chairman of Talbros. He has been associated with the company since 1976. He was elected as the Chairman of Talbros in 2000 and has led the company to global expansion since.

Vice Chairman
Umesh Talwar, an alumni of Delhi University and an MBA graduate XLRI, is a veteran in the automotive components industry. He joined the Talbros team in 1977 and has over four decades of experience up his sleeve.

Anuj Talwar is a Business Administration graduate from the College of William and Mary, Virginia, USA. He also holds an MBA from the Boston University Graduate School of Management. He joined the company in 2008 and oversees all operations at Talbros.

Ashish Gupta is an alumni of the Nagpur University holding a Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering. He has had prior experience in the flexible packaging industry and stints in leadership roles in Germany and Uzbekistan as well.

Vivek Singh holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from INSEAD, Fontainebleau France. He has over 26 years of experience in various sectors like car manufacturing, railway signaling, IT, and engine and gearbox manufacturing.

Tadaaki Kondo assumed the position of Managing Director at Talbros Marugo Rubbers Pvt. Ltd. in 2023. He is responsible for the overall operations of TMR.
