Quality Control, Design and R&D
Talbros has a well-equipped laboratory for inspection of physical
and chemical properties of incoming materials as well as the requisite
precision measuring and testing equipment for checking the final
product quality.
The equipment for inspection includes sophisticated measuring instruments
like 3D coordinate measuring machine and profile projector.
The design department is equipped with AutoCAD 14 software to design
gaskets as required by the customers.
The Research & Development Center has computerized engine test
beds with Eddy Current Dynamometers to test engines upto 250 horsepower
and a Deep Thermal Shock Test facility to test the performance of
the engine at temperature as low as -30 degrees Celsius.
