Talbros is self sufficient in all respects to manufacture
the entire range of gaskets required by the automotive and stationary
diesel engine industry.
These facilities include:
- A fully equipped tool room with sophisticated machines to manufacture
all the tools required in-house
- Heavy duty Hydraulic and Mechanical presses with good process
capabilities
- An automated line to manufacture composite materials for making
Cylinder Head and Manifold Gaskets
- An automatic irreversible gluing line for steel backbone gaskets
with reactivation process
- Specialized silicon coating and other surface coating facilities
- Impregnation process for gaskets of new generation engines
- Selective area coating to prevent leakage from coolant ports
and engine oil ports
