Talbros Automotive Components Limited, Faridabad, the flagship manufacturing venture of the Group was established in 1956 to manufacture Automotive & Industrial Gaskets in collaboration with Federal Mogul, USA, the world leaders in Automotive & Industrial Sealing products. We also have a collaboration with Nippon Leakless Corporation - Japan. Talbros is today, India's largest gasket manufacturer.

With a view to being closer to our customers, we have established gasket manufacturing plants at Chennai in Southern India and Pune in Western India. We manufacture raw material at our facility at Sohna which is located about 40 kms from our main manufacturing unit at Faridabad in northern India. Through these plants, we cater to customers situated across the length and breadth of the country.

These plants incorporate modern manufacturing facilities with sophisticated sealing technology and surface coating equipment, in-house tool room, research & development center having CNC engine test beds, equipment capable of evaluating critical parameters of products & material and Deep Thermal Shock Test Facility, which is today one of its kind in India.

Talbros plants are accredited with TS 16949 as well as ISO 14001 certification.
